Thank you for your participation and attendance in NTUTAPPLINGX 2011.
The post-conference proceedings of NTUTAPPLINGX 2011 will be published by National Chengchi University as a special issue of Taiwan Journal of Linguistics (TJL). Those who would like to be published TJL please send your revised full papers to ntuteng /at/ ntut.edu.tw by January 8, 2012. Please refer to the Presenters section for details.

The conference program is now online. You can access the program from the Program section of the website.
If you found anything wrong, would like to request a change in the schedule arrangement, or tell us about anything related to the program, please let us know by sending us an email to ntuteng /at/ ntut.edu.tw. Please know that we will stop processing schedule rearrangement on Monday, October 24, 2011, as we need to have the schedule finazlied for conference handbook by then.

About styles
The papers submitted to NTUTAPPLINGX 2011 will be published in a special issue of the Taiwan Journal of Linguistics (TJL) by National Cheng Chi University after the due review procedures. The Organizing Committee of NTUTAPPLINGX 2011 recommends authors who would like their paper to be included for review and publication adapt the styles regulated by the Taiwan Journal of Linguistics, which is the same styles adapted by the Language and Linguistics journal by Academia Sinica.

Thank you & our apology
The Conference Organizing Committee would like to express our greatest gratitude for everyone who has submitted your abstract to this conference. We have 90 abstracts submitted from all over the world for review, and they have been all sent to reviewers for blind review.
While our reviewers are hard at work to roll out the review results as quickly as possible, we must also apologize that we need to allocate more time for our reviewers and therefore must postpone the abstract submission notice to April 15. If the date proves to be inconvenient for you, please do let us know through email at ntuteng/at/ntut.edu.tw.
As a side note, we inform the acceptance/rejection of abstract through the email that the authors provided, and we inform authors of both accepted and rejected abstracts.
NTUTAPPLINGX 2011 now calling for papers
NTUTAPPLINGX 2011 is now calling for papers. Please submit your less-than-200-words abstract and Author/s Information Form on WORD to ntuteng /at/ ntut.edu.tw by March 18, 2011. Please indicate “2011 NTUT Conference Abstract” as “Subject” in your email. Submissions can be either in English or Chinese.
